Paralympic Opening Ceremony
Arena di Verona, March 2026
I worked as Field of Play Supervisor, coordinating on-stage operations throughout the ceremony alongside my team of volunteers.
I supported the athletes’ parade and positioning, while ensuring smooth accredited people movement with particular attention to guests with reduced mobility.

Arena di Verona, February 2026
I worked as Venue Event Supervisor for the athletes’ parade transition area, coordinating operations together with a team of volunteers.
I managed crowd flow across all phases, from pre-show to exit, overseeing access points and dedicated areas for athletes, officials and guests.

I worked as Gate Sector Coordinator, overseeing access points for spectators, accredited guests and VIPs.
I led a team of volunteers and coordinated the other supervisors to ensure a steady and efficient flow for over 70,000 attendees.

Fake News Festival
Udine, November 2025
Italy’s first festival entirely focused on fake news, created to promote critical thinking and media awareness.
As part of the organizing team, I supported all live phases, from technical checks and setup to guest handling and speaker support.

Rho Fiera Milan, May 2025 e 2026
Europe’s largest event dedicated to artificial intelligence, designed for managers, entrepreneurs and professionals.
In 2025, the event welcomed over 10,000 attendees and more than 250 international speakers across 10 stages.
I was involved in building and leading the operations team, taking care of scouting, selection, training and coordination of over 100 volunteers.

FACTANZA 1 MILLION PARTY
Milan, October 2025
A celebration marking Factanza’s milestone of 1 million followers, bringing together stakeholders, community and team through quizzes, music and talks.
I supported the organization and delivery of the event, handling logistics, setup, and on-site activities during the live experience.

Tenerife, May 2025
A two-day, application-based gathering for digital professionals, focused on marketing, AI and digital innovation. Designed to encourage meaningful exchange and genuine networking.
I contributed to both the organization and on-site delivery, supporting logistics, setup and show flow.

AGENTE DEL FUTURO
Rimini, April 2025
A three-day live training event for over 700 real estate agents, hosted at the Palacongressi di Rimini, with sessions, networking and hands-on activities.
I handled the organization and worked as show caller, managed the stage and coordinating the control room, following the run of show and client needs to ensure everything ran smoothly.
